Public Shows Saturday & Sunday at 12:30, 2:00 and 3:30pm.
Please note: Monday - Friday, shows are by appointment only. The shows on the weekend are open to the general public unless otherwise noted.

Parking
Visitor parking in all lots on the Campus is free.
Sloan Museum, Buick Automotive Gallery and Longway Planetarium are located on the Flint Cultural Center, which includes The Whiting, Flint Youth Theatre, Flint Institute of Arts, The Flint Public Library and Flint Institute of Music. Events at one or more of these locations can impact traffic to and from the Campus. Shopping
Sloan*Longway has spectacular gift shops, where you’ll find souvenirs, books, educational toys, beautiful jewelry, hand-crafted arts, and a variety of unique merchandise. There is one located inside Sloan Museum and Longway Planetarium.
Accessibility
Guests with wheelchairs, strollers, or limited mobility will enjoy our activities. Manual wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first come, first served basis. Strollers are welcome. All exhibitions are accessible.
The Campus is served by
MTA bus route 7, and the closest MTA stop is Kearsley Street (Red, Orange, and Green Lines).
Guests needing a quiet place to rest or perform basic medical procedures can ask any Guest Relations Representative for access to the Customer Care Center, located on the north side of the Main level.
Depending on availability, docents can be arranged with advance notice to accompany sight-impaired guests around the Museum. Please call 810.237.3450 for details.
Taking Pictures
Unless otherwise posted, you are welcome to take pictures of exhibitions for personal use with hand-held cameras. To use a tripod or standing lights, please obtain permission from the Front Desk in the Museum’s main hall.
