LONGWAY PLANETARIUM
Sun, Moon, Planets and Stars (Ages 4-8)
Create a bracelet that changes color in the sun and make a glow in the dark moon phase book. Learn about the nighttime sky.
Marble Coasters (Ages 8-12)
A Planetarium favorite! Design and build a marble run using flexible pipe insulation, while exploring physics concepts including force and potential energy.
The Planetarium Garden (Ages 4-12)
Get outside and get growing! Kids will play, discover, and learn with hands on life science activities offered outside* in the Planetarium Garden. Includes a make and take activity. *Activities will be moved inside in case of inclement weather.
Galactic Goo (Ages 4-12)
Investigate matter, molecules, and polymers while you make and take a bag of your very own goo.

SLOAN MUSEUM
Work and Play of Yesterday (Ages 4-8)
Experience children’s chores from eras gone by. Try out the toys and games that kept kids smiling. Includes a make and take activity.
Buick Gallery Hop (Ages 8-12)
Enjoy a guided tour of the Buick Gallery. Sit in a vintage Buick, climb into the Hellcat Tank Destroyer and play in our working ambulance.
Tin Punching (Ages 8-12)
Learn the history and technique behind the folk art form used to decorate everything from lanterns to cupboards. Includes a make and take activity.
Old Time Games (Ages 4-12)
Play with some old times games while discovering how play has changed over the years. Includes a make and take activity.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Group Rate Admission
Children $3.50 or $4.50. $3 - $4 if participating in more than one activity. All adults are $4.00 for admission. *Please note you must have 20 or more attending.
Reservations
You must pre-register for all activities. Reservation can be made by calling 810.237.3409 weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Museum and Planetarium Store
We invite all groups to shop at the end of their visit. We offer many affordable items that bring home the learning experience of our facilities.
